Hi, my name is Ashley, I am 13 years old and i would like to tell people about God. Most people in this world today are not christians and are going to hell, now I know you are wondering what is hell, Well it is a place where you do not want to go. Let me explain, hell is where Satan lives and Satan is very bad he is the one would brought sin into the world by confincing Adam and Eve to sin by disobeying God and his commandments. Satan can turn into pretty much anything to try to get people away from God. If you swore or hurt somone or even if you have killed someone who do you think told you to do it, Or brought the thought to your head. The answer is Satan, Satan, Satan.
Now if you dont want to go to hell then you have to believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross to take away our sins. You have to mean it God knows if you dont. A lot of people think that you can get to heaven by being good, going to church, and doing well. Thats wrong those are the things you are supposed to do after being saved. After you get saved it is now time to get baptized. Baptizm what is that, well you have to go under water for like 5 seconds to show the reserrection of Jesus. If you dont want to go to heaven than you know from already reading that you would go to hell. If you want that for your life go ahead but this is what is going to happen to you. You would look like a person who needs serious help. Satan will get you in trouble and will probably get you to go to jail or even put on the death penatly because of what Satan did to you.
Being in jail makes people crazy, they dont see their familys a lot, bad food, smells, and peope hurt you and the police do nothing about it. Do you want that life. You could go crazy and try to comitt suicide. Kill yourself will definately not take you to heaven it will take you to hell. Would you like to be like Brittany Spears going to rehab and shaving your head, driving with your child in the front sit on your lap. If you get mad when people ask you to go to church or tell you that you need to go to church then you are going to do something like Brittany Spears. I know i have not told you about me like if i am a christian well i am. Infact i was saved at Bible Baptist Church in St. Thomas on Aug.11/01, and baptized by Pastor Al Stone at Bible Baptist Church on Dec.9/02. I have been going to Bible Baptist Church on and off for 13 years but i want to go all the time. In the summer i have to miss Wednesday night church service because i play rugby and last year it was on Wednesday but i hope it is on a different day cause i really want to go to church.
Pastor Stone is a great preacher, he makes people laugh and when he is serious people will know. If you want to start going to church then go to that website as well if you dont live in St.Thomas but still want to go then go to the website and visit our church and we will get you to a church were you live. Now i am not a part of that glow in the dark book or website or anything so if you want to ask questions then email them. On the back of the glow in the dark book it says,
How can I go to heaven?
First,you must REPENT. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out." (Acts 3:19) You must confess that you are a sinner before a holy God and that you cannot reach heaven by your good works. To repent is to have a change of mind about your sin.
Secondly, you must BELIEVE. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." (Romans 10:9) You must believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for your sins, and that He arose from the dead three days later and is in Heaven today ready to save you.
Thirdly, you must RECEIVE. "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." (John 1:12) Just as you would receive a friend into your home by opening the door, so you must receive the Lord Jesus into your life as you savior.
